As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, my first approach
to exercise is your safety and the stability of your body. The
great thing about stability is that it uses more muscles than
usual and has the added benefit of burning lots of fat. You
will stand taller and your posture will become more intent.
This first phase of your training will also involve correction
of your posture through various modalities. Later we will
move into more customized forms of training to suit your
lifestyle and bodytype.
While exercise is lots of fun and feels like you are putting
heaps of effort into achieving your goal, nothing can
compare to a well-balanced diet. You may ask: "Balanced
to do what?" or "Balanced based on what?" Balanced
according to your blood type, how often you are exercising
during the week, and what kinds of exercise will work best
for you. I will guide you to someone who takes into
account all of these factors and teaches you the right
nutritional program for you.
