General Policies:
  • Each session is one hour.
  • Workouts will be designed to your individual fitness goals
    and bodytype.
  • Workouts will become more intense as we go along to
    suit your needs.
  • You will get into the best shape of your life and have a
    blast doing so!
  • NEVER come to a training session sick!  The session will
    be cancelled and counted.
  • Always get plenty of rest the day before your workout (at
    least 6 hours, preferably 8)
  • Following your bloodtype diet will keep you healthy, do it.
  • Communicate everything at the time it needs to be
    communicated.
Cancellation Policy:
Personal trainer must be notified of a cancellation within 24
hours of the scheduled session. If you do not appear for a
scheduled appointment or fail to give 24 hour notice, you will
be charged for the full session.  If for any reason I need to
cancel, I will give you a free session.
Expiration Policy:
  • 12-Pack: Two Month Expiration…
  • 24-Pack:  Three Month Expiration…
  • 36-Pack:  Fourth Month Expiration…
